Formerly known as BadgalfenTEE, Tierra Marsh is an ambitious, creative, and unique individual. She is a social media and music addict, devoted Rihanna fan, entertainment/pop culture lover, skilled binge-watcher, storyteller and vlogger.

Now that I’ve introduced myself, I think I’ll go back to speaking in first person. I am a hard worker with a creative mind. One that I use to showcase the world around me. At The Grio, I have used my video editing skills to edit daily videos on Black entertainment news coverage. As a Video Producer at Wibbitz, a Content Curator at Snapchat and a Senior Producer at VICE and Blavity, I have utilized social media to identify top trending stories and produce videos for digital storytelling. Through my roles I have had my hand at the pulse of Gen Z and created new, fresh content based on ever-evolving trends. Now, as a Senior Social Media Manager at Paramount for BET/VH1, I prioritize bringing fresh new content to our brand by pitching and producing content with talent, hosting interviews, covering our linear and live awards shows, and help manage our overall social presence.

As a self-starter, I have also created my own vlog, Tee’s Tea, that focuses on entertainment/pop culture news and lifestyle. To take it one step further, I turned Tee’s Tea into a media company. From a YouTube channel to my own business, I have been rebranding and started an interactive, digital magazine on Tee’s Tea Instagram where I cover stories from the week. I have also started my own IGTV series “F.R.A.N.D.S” and “#TeeTalk”. The brand has been a major part of my career and has helped me grow my skill set.
